Commercial Terms of Service
Software License Agreement for the Hijin Desktop AI Workspace.
1. Commercial License Grant
Subject to your active commercial subscription ($99/month), Hijin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the Hijin desktop software on compatible Windows workstations owned or controlled by you. A single-user license authorizes activation on up to two (2) personal workstations used by the designated individual licensee.
2. Free Evaluation Period
A 14-day free trial is provided for internal evaluation purposes. Upon the conclusion of the 14-day evaluation window, the software transitions to read-only mode until a commercial subscription is activated.
3. Subscription Billing & Supported Model Updates
Commercial subscriptions are billed at $99/month on a recurring basis. Eligible subscribers receive supported Hijin model updates included with their active subscription through the in-app Model Hub at no additional charge. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Professional Responsibility & Audit Disclaimer
Hijin is an advanced software productivity tool designed to assist qualified finance, accounting, and audit professionals. Hijin is not a certified public accountant, registered investment advisor, or attorney. While Hijin incorporates deterministic 28-digit fixed-point verification, the user retains final professional responsibility for reviewing, validating, and submitting all accounting entries, reconciliations, and tax filings.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hijin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
